Mike brings a lifetime of automotive experience to GS Marketing. Growing up like many Midwesterners, Mike’s family supported the auto industry by manufacturing piston rings and bumpers, leaving his career path destined to run through Detroit and into the Auto Industry. After graduating from Central Michigan University and earning an MBA from the University of Maryland University College, Mike’s 18 years of experience ranges from OEM roles with Ford, Acura, Scion and Toyota to sales and marketing with GS Marketing. His areas of responsibility include applying dealer operations, improving sales & retention and increasing dealership revenue. The most exciting times in the industry ranged from the Cash for Clunkers sprint to leading and working with the sales division through the Toyota recalls and tsunami inventory crises. With extremely strong automotive contacts throughout the Mid-Atlantic, Midwest and American Southwest, Mike is continually expanding client networks based upon dealership referrals and new process implementation. Look for Mike to be surrounded by both OEM and retail contacts finding ways to bridge the two worlds.
