Shelley has over 25 years of diverse automotive experience including sales leadership, marketing strategy, process re-engineering and strategic account management. Shelley began her career with Ford Motor Company in the Atlanta and Dallas Regions. Next, she expanded her experience to the retail automotive arena and worked for a Lincoln-Mercury dealership in sales, service and F&I. She had the unique opportunity to attend the NADA Dealer Candidate Academy, where she was elected Class President. In 1998, she joined MSX International where she led a dealership process improvement consulting team. Shelley joined Gulf States Toyota in 2001 where she held field positions in New Orleans and Houston. In 2005, she transferred to GS Marketing where she has held multiple leadership positions, including marketing positions, VP- Sales and most recently VP- Account Services, leading the GSM corporate relationships and strategy for Toyota Motor Sales and Gulf States Toyota accounts. Shelley has a passion for mentoring and encouraging professional growth. She was a founding member and past President of the Dallas chapter of the Automotive Women’s Network. She is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in Marketing. In her free time, Shelley enjoys boating, gardening, and traveling.
